Content of User Pages The content of each user's top five list or top five list page ("list") is derived from that user's input, making the Site a truly dynamic, user-driven community. As such, it is impossible to monitor every facet of the Site. In fact, doing so would be antithetical to the aims of the Site. Users themselves are solely responsible for the content of their page(s), including, but not limited to, their profile image, profile text (i.e., "About Me" section), blog entries, items from each list, and usernames. Therefore, we make no guarantees as to the content of each user's page(s) and you view the pages at your own risk. User Conduct As a dynamic, user-driven community, the Site puts the responsibilty of maintaining an appropriate and respectful environment in its users. Users must at all times keep in mind that anyone is able to view their lists and that the use of profane or obscene language is not acceptable. At the same time, all entries made in your list must be appropriate, meaning they have some relevance to the subject of the list. User Accounts The services of the site are provided "AS-IS" and mytopfive.com assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or failure to store any user communications, including, but not limited to: account registration, account management, list creation, and list management. As recourse for violating the terms set forth in this document, the Site reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts, delete or modify list data, and ban the offensing user's IP address from accessing all of or any particular area of the Site. |
